Under warranty?
If your machine is less than 3 years old, check your NordicTrack or ProForm warranty before you book a repair. Only the manufacturer can approve a warranty claim, and covered repairs usually have to go through them. If your machine is out of warranty, or you cannot get the help you need, we can repair it.
What about iFIT?
We repair the machine: the belt, deck, motor, control board, incline, wiring, and console hardware. iFIT accounts, subscriptions, and app problems are handled by iFIT. If your touch screen is blank, frozen, or not responding to touch, that can be a hardware fault we diagnose on site.
