Parts and technical support

ServiceRX sources OEM and OEM-equivalent parts for every major manufacturer: walking belts, decks, drive motors, motor control boards, consoles, cables, pulleys, bearings, pedal arms, and upholstery. If your in-house maintenance team can install a part, we can ship it to you with guidance. If you would rather we handle it, installation is included in the repair visit.

Service questions

Do you offer service contracts?
Yes. ServiceRX preventive maintenance agreements are customized to your facility: equipment count, usage level, and visit frequency. There is no long-term contract to sign, and most of our PM customers have been with us for more than eight years. Request a quote and we will build a plan around your floor.
What brands do you service?
All major commercial brands, including Precor, Matrix, Life Fitness, StairMaster, True, Star Trac, Nautilus, Hammer Strength, and Concept2, plus residential brands such as NordicTrack, Horizon, Bowflex, Sole, and Peloton.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes. Every repair visit has a $175 trip charge. That charge covers travel within 30 miles of a scheduled route and the first hour of technician time on site, which the technician uses to diagnose the machine and, where possible, begin the repair. Diagnosis is not free and is not a separate line item; it is paid work inside that first hour. Labor beyond the first hour is billed at $95 per hour for commercial equipment and $50 per hour for residential. If parts must be ordered, the return visit to install them is a separate trip with its own trip charge. You approve the repair quote before any repair work begins.
Can you handle a whole facility, not just one machine?
That is most of what we do. From a 10-piece apartment fitness room to a 200-piece health club, our technicians service every machine on the floor in a single scheduled visit.
