Fitness equipment repair and maintenance for gyms and studios.

In a gym, every machine is revenue per square foot, and every "out of order" sign is a member thinking about the club down the road. ServiceRX keeps health clubs and boutique studios across the Carolinas running with fleet-wide preventive maintenance and fast, correctly diagnosed repairs.

Overview

Why this facility type is different

Gym equipment lives a hard life: 16 to 24 hours a day of use, members who do not read the instructions, and a January rush that doubles the load. The clubs that keep equipment running do it with a rotation: every treadmill, elliptical, bike, stepmill, rower, and strength station serviced on a schedule, so failures are caught as wear items instead of breakdowns.

What club owners and GMs need

  • Minimal floor disruption: PM visits scheduled off-peak, one or two machines out at a time.
  • Clear repair quotes before any work begins, because a down treadmill in January costs memberships.
  • Strength floor safety: every cable, pulley, pin, and pad inspected and documented.
  • Studio fleets kept class-ready: spin bikes and rowers serviced on rotation.
  • Straight advice at replacement time, including when a machine is not worth fixing.

How ServiceRX works with gyms

We inventory the floor, group equipment by type and usage, and build a rotation, monthly for high-traffic clubs, quarterly for smaller studios. Between visits, staff call one number and get a same-business-day scheduling confirmation.

Questions we hear from gym owners and GMs

How do you service a floor without disrupting members?
We schedule off-peak and work through the floor in a rotation so no more than one or two machines are out at a time. Most members never notice.
How do parts work?
The technician diagnoses the machine first and quotes the repair upfront. Parts are ordered for your exact model after you approve, and the repair is completed when they arrive.
Can you inspect our strength equipment for liability?
Yes. A documented strength inspection is part of every preventive maintenance visit, and it is exactly what you need if a member claims an equipment injury.
What about our spin studio?
We run spin bikes and rowers on their own rotation so the studio stays class-ready, including bearings, brake pads, belts, and cleats.
Do you work with franchise clubs?
Yes. We service independent clubs and franchise locations across North and South Carolina, and can consolidate multi-location operators on one agreement.

Let's keep your floor open.
