# ServiceRX

## What ServiceRX does
- Fitness equipment repair: treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, stepmills, rowers, strength and cable machines (cables, pulleys, upholstery), consoles, motors, belts, decks
- Home (residential) repair in the customer's home, including NordicTrack, ProForm, Sole, Horizon, and Bowflex
- Assembly of equipment that is already in the room where it will be used. ServiceRX does not move equipment.
- Preventive maintenance plans (monthly or quarterly) for commercial fitness facilities
- Parts sourcing and installation for all major brands (Precor, Matrix, Life Fitness, StairMaster, True, Star Trac, Nautilus, Concept2, NordicTrack, Horizon, Peloton)

## Who ServiceRX serves
Gyms and fitness studios, apartment and multifamily communities, hotels and hospitality, corporate wellness centers, universities and campuses, physical therapy and rehab clinics, and homeowners.

## Service area
ServiceRX serves parts of North Carolina and South Carolina only.
North Carolina: Charlotte region (incl. Rock Hill SC), Raleigh-Durham and the Triangle, Greensboro and the Triad, Asheville and Western NC (incl. Cashiers and Sapphire Valley), Fayetteville, Pinehurst and Southern Pines, and Wilmington.
South Carolina: Greenville and the Upstate, Columbia and the Midlands, Rock Hill and York County.
Not served: the Charleston area and the rest of the SC coast, the Outer Banks, Asheboro, Thomasville, Lexington NC, Clemmons, and any state other than NC and SC.

## Pricing
Every repair visit has a $175 trip charge covering travel (within 30 miles of a scheduled route) and the first hour of technician time on site. That first hour is used for diagnosis and, where possible, the repair. Diagnosis is not free and is not separate; it is paid work inside the first hour. A return trip to install ordered parts is a separate trip with its own trip charge.
Commercial fitness equipment repair: additional labor beyond the first hour is $95 per hour.
Residential (in-home) fitness equipment repair: additional labor beyond the first hour is $50 per hour.
Travel is included within 30 miles of a scheduled route. Past 30 miles an additional travel cost applies, discounted for customers on a preventive maintenance plan.
Preventive maintenance visits start at $175 and are quoted per customer, based on the equipment actually on the floor rather than a flat rate.
Every price is quoted and approved before any work begins.

## Warranty
If a machine is less than 3 years old, the customer should check the manufacturer's warranty first. Only the manufacturer can approve a warranty claim.
